The Aveda Institute Chapel Hill Cosmetology & Spa School of Beauty, was founded to graduate successful entrepreneurs in the beauty, hair and skin care industry. Aveda's curriculum delivers practical knowledge gained from today’s masters in hair care, skin care, makeup, nail care, total body care and retail services.

Aveda's cosmetology program incorporates extensive hands-on learning to provide students with a total body approach to beauty and wellness. Upon completion, graduates are ready to succeed as a licensed Cosmetologist.	Aveda's esthiology teaches skin care, body care, waxing & makeup training with an emphasis on high-touch techniques using high-tech delivery during spa clinic treatments. Upon completion, graduates are ready to succeed as a licensed Esthetician.

Recent Student Testimonial I had attended Aveda Institute Chapel Hill and graduated Sept 2006. I was the fourth class to go through there (Clove). Since graduation I have been recruited and moved to DC where I work for Jouvence Aveda in Pentagon Row. Its been quite a successful journey since then. I have styled hair for NY Fashion week for four years consecutive. I have won the Aveda Earth Month Fashion Contest three years running. I've styled Carrie Fisher's hair for her Entertainment Tonight interview, A few of the models from America's Next Top Model, Dara Torres the Olympic swimmer, and most recently I did the hair for Carolina Herrera's bridal fashion show in NY which my models were featured in Life & Style this past July. In the Aveda network two years ago I became a certified hair color educator and I will be auditioning this fall for Color Purefessional. I am the Director of Education for all four of our salons, and do recruitment and presentations to Aveda Institutes all over the East Coast. I attribute my success and education to the root of my learning career at Aveda Institute Chapel Hill. It was a life changing decision to attend such an amazing school.
