With a focus on drinking water for 2008, the Aveda Institute Chapel Hill will help protect the drinking water of six local counties. During the month of April, the Aveda Institute hopes to raise $35,000 in donations to benefit its Earth Month partner, Triangle Land Conservancy (TLC). TLC and its Upper Neuse Clean Water Initiative is a partnership working to identify and protect land critical to the long-term quality of drinking water supplies for more than 500,000 Triangle residents.
